“ I come here regularly for their breakfast burritos or tortas. Nothing fancy about the place but gets the job done. I'd say food is good, good portion size, good customer service. Doesn't look super clean, it looks a bit outdated, but I think that's part of its beauty. Parking sucks or usually full ”

Perfectly cooked and not greasy in the slightest. I also love their shrimp combo plate...and their fish tacos! Both are prepared perfectly!! The portions are always great for leftovers. I also LOVE their rice!! The service is top notch as well....highly recommended this place due to their friendly customer service and staff. I had to check if my card would go through and they let me just buy a can of soda to check and didn't give me any type of hassle and were very gracious about it. Of course I ended up ordering more food with the soda. The ambiance is nice...peaceful patrons and friendly staff. Peaceful area and the shop is always nice and colorful with the holiday decorations and their paint, and the decorations on the walls. I highly recommended this place!! ”

“ Thursday afternoon quick snack. 3 Mini Tacos Carne Asada. Large serving size, double tortillas, delicious guacamole and pico de gallo salsa on top. Red and green salsa were spicy and perfect pairing with tacos. The meat was a little tough, I think it was cooked then when heated, it wass cooked a little too much. My brother ordered the rolled tacos and said they were delicious. Would recommend 10/10! ”

I originally went to the Firestone on Broadway in the 800 block, I knew I had to wait for the car but I hadn't eaten breakfast yet so I asked one of the managers was there a good place to eat close by preferably Mexican food. He immediately perked up and he said oh have you been to Sarais taco shop? I immediately said no I have not. He said it's not even a half a block from here just walked down the street. It's on the left. You'll see it in the far corner. I found it very easily. It's cute and quaint small place that packs a punch with the food that they deliver. I have now been here four times and every single time was pleasantly surprised at the food. They specialize in tortoise and they are the best tortoises I have had and their french fries are to die for. I will give you a warning the torches are gigantic. I can only eat half of one and I'm a pretty good eater. if you're looking for a great place with an extensive menu of Mexican food great breakfast burritos, excellent tortas, superb tacos, and their salsas both red and green are delicious and tasty. I highly recommend going to. Sarais taco shop and I guarantee you will be a repeat customer like I am. I go to Firestone to get my truck serviced and I look forward to every time I go because I know where I'm going to have my breakfast. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. You will be pleasantly happy, especially with the food the staff is very friendly and helpful always with a smile. ”

We are talking big burritos. Everyone should come here and make it their weekly staple. Unfortunately I'm only here on travel otherwise I would come weekly.
